VIRTUAL SOCIETY OF LITERATURE - A JOINT FILI/LAF PROJECT |
WELCOME TO THE VIRTUAL SOCIETY!
Virtual Society of Literature is a forum where all the national organisations promoting literature abroad are invited to join an on-going discussion between colleagues and sister organisations in various parts of the world. Those organisations joining the project will have the opportunity to present their activities and some of their most challenging projects on it.
Some of the topics of the discussion:
- intercultural communication and understanding
- fundraising
- training of translators
- intellectual property rights on the net, question of sample translations, lists of accredited/approved translators
- application procedures on the net
- evaluation of book fairs
- A.O.B
